Private Pilates sessions are hand tailored to fit your specific needs. Your full apparatus session workout will include exercises utilizing all the spring loaded Pilates equipment including the Reformer, Wunda Chair, Cadillac, Barrel, and JumpBoard. Your full body mat session will include a variety of exercises perfect for any level designed to allow you to improve strength, flexibility, posture, balance, and core strength. The personal attention of a private session gives you the best opportunity to attain your goals and maximize your workout.
All Private sessions (mat and full apparatus) are available. Sessions can happen in the privacy of your own home (Mat sessions only), at a private studio here in NYC (Chelsea), and Virtually. 50 minute Private and Partner/Semi-Private sessions are available.
Mat sessions can occur virtually and in person at residential and corporate fitness facilities, private home gyms, and in the privacy of your home! Personalized Mat sessions use Pilates mat exercises to lengthen, strengthen, and tone and use Pilates props brought to your home!

Looking to do a session with a friend or family member? All semi-private sessions are two people or more. Available in the comfort of your home or in a private studio with full equipment!
