Pilates is a method of exercise that focuses on strengthening and lengthening muscles and realigning postural alignment. It helps with rehabilitating injuries and strengthens the surrounding muscles so that you heal and become even stronger than before! Pilates teaches awareness of breath and alignment, restores muscular balance, and builds strength and flexibility.
