About Kelsey 

Kelsey is a NYC based Pilates trainer. She was first introduced to Pilates through her dance training. Later on in 2010, she started training with her mentor Linda Silbert (Core Dynamics Certified under Michele Larson) more seriously and found a new love for Pilates. She loved the mind-body connection she found in Pilates and loved the similarities to dance that Joseph Pilates created in his movements...
